is
located in the southeastern quadrant of the City of Raleigh just south of I-440
and north of I-540. The
acquisition will
allow for the development of up to 2,405 dwelling units with a diverse
home products;
an executive-style golf course; a recreation center; a mixture or retail opportunities,
including sit-down restaurants, totaling up to 365,000 SF and a maximum of
128,000 SF of office space.
