Once considered the premiere office space in Stafford County, Stafford Commerce Center (SCC) is located on Center Street at Garrisonville Road (Route 610), approximately one and one-half miles west of I-95. The office park contains a total of 160,000 square feet and is conveniently located between I-95 and the Onville Road Gate to Quantico Marine Corps Base. SCC is comprised of four two-story brick office buildings containing approximately 39,000 net rentable square feet each. TGC sold the buildings to Columbia Equity / Carr Properties in 2007.
