Centrally located off of Joshua Road in northern Stafford County, Churchill Meadows consists of five tracts of A-1 zoned land totaling almost 320 acres. Of that amount, approximately 201 acres was recently placed under a conservation easement through the Virginia Outdoors Foundation. The remaining 118 acres is accessible via three street extensions through the adjacent Roseville Plantation subdivision and is capable of supporting at least 20 single family lots of three or more acres.
