One of TGC's larger affiliates, Potomac-Stafford owns approximately 1,900 acres, all of which are located on the Widewater peninsula in Stafford County, Virginia. The properties are zoned primarily A-1, with some shared A-2 zoning. Currently, the company has by-right approvals for a number of 3-acre lot subdivisions including Widewater Hills, St. Andrews on the Potomac, and the Hamlets at Widewater. Along with the Janda approval, the company owns 443 3-acre lots on public water and sewer by right.
Potomac-Stafford also controls three industrial parcels zoned M-1 located on the west side of Route 1 just north of Route 610.
