Residential Developments

The Garrett Companies have developed and continue to develop a number of residential communities in both Stafford and Loudoun Counties. These communities have usually been comprised of estate lots in semi-rural areas, many of which have been site planned with on-site amenities such as parks, lakes, equestrian facilities and/or golf courses. Our objective when creating the development plan for these residential communities is to create a quality residential environment designed to meet a particular market niche.
