Residential Developments

The Garrett Companies has developed and continues to develop a number of residential communities in both Stafford and Loudoun Counties. These communities have typically been comprised of estate lots in semi-rural areas, many of which have been planned with on-site amenities such as parks, lakes, equestrian facilities and/or golf courses. Our objective when creating development plans for these communities is to create quality community environments designed to meet a particular market niche.
