The Garrett Companies consist of a series of entities that combine to create a fully integrated real estate conglomerate involved in property acquisition, investment, site planning, entitlement, development, construction, management, sales and leasing for commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. Our project portfolio is concentrated in Virginia in close proximity to our home office in Stafford County with other key holdings in the City of Fredericksburg and Prince William and Loudoun Counties. Additional real estate interests are held by The Garrett Companies in Maryland, North Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky, and Ohio.
